Mr. Ankit Kumar Srivastava, Director of NeetiNova EdgeWorks Private Limited, is a battle-tested technology and banking transformation leader with 18+ years of deep, hands-on experience delivering high-impact digital and enterprise solutions across the financial services ecosystem.
NeetiNova EdgeWorks was founded with a clear, uncompromising belief: technology must drive outcomes, not overhead. Under Ankit's leadership, the company is built to help banks, NBFCs, and enterprises move faster, modernize smarter, and scale without friction.
Ankit has led large-scale, mission-critical programs spanning core banking, digital platforms, payments, data, and enterprise transformation, working directly with CXOs and decision-makers to turn strategic intent into production-ready systems. His edge lies in combining sharp business understanding with execution muscle—cutting through complexity, legacy drag, and delivery noise.
Before founding NeetiNova EdgeWorks, Ankit held senior leadership roles at Intellect Design Arena Limited, Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, and Sindhuja Microcredit, where he drove core system implementations, digital banking rollouts, and enterprise IT strategy in high-growth, high-stakes environments.
Ankit holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) and is fluent across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery models. Known for building high-performance teams and driving decisive execution, he leads NeetiNova EdgeWorks with a founder's mindset: own the outcome, move fast, and deliver value that compounds. NeetiNova EdgeWorks, under his direction, exists to help clients out-execute, out-scale, and out-innovate in a digital-first world.
Smriti Srivastava is a Director at NeetiNova EdgeWorks Private Limited, bringing a strong foundation in computer applications and a disciplined, execution-oriented approach to organizational growth. She holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA), equipping her with a solid understanding of technology, systems, and process-led thinking.
Her professional background includes structured teaching and training experience, which has strengthened her capabilities in communication, mentoring, and capability building—key enablers for scalable and sustainable operations. With formal training in education and a technology-first academic background, she effectively bridges people, process, and platforms.
